Here you can learn about how to make graphics and stuffz. I'm assuming that most people coming here are beginners to graphics, so I will teach based on how to start making graphics.
The best tool for making the kind of graphics I make is photoshop - I use Photoshop 7. There are other programs that can help in the making of tags but I won't get into that yet. MS Paint is NOT a very good tool for graphics - but there are several programs that aren't as good as Photoshop that can achieve results similar to photoshop products. One is GIMP, which you can get here. Now I have no idea how to use GIMP, so you'll have to find tutorials to teach you these things, but hopefully you will get a knowledge of how to make good beginner graphics.
